Daily Mile

We are having lots of fun taking part in The Daily Mile.
The daily mile is a program that encourages children to run, jog or walk for 15 mins a day.
It can have may benefits for children, including:
- Improved fitness
- Improved mood
- Improved concentration
- Improved social skills
- Improved resilience
- Improved self confidence
